Installation
Remove all existing cymbal hardware parts (wing nut, washer, felt pads and plastic) leaving just the bare rod.
Take either the large rubber (for 20” inch Ride Cymbal) or the small rubber nipple (for Crash Cymbal) and slide it firmly into place to cover the bare cymbal holding rod.
Take your cymbal (right-side-up or up-side-down) and hold it at an angle. Insert the lower edge of the cymbal hole over one of the two longer edges of the nipple top.
Then lower the high edge of the cymbal until it is level and press down so the other long edge of the nipple top pops up through the cymbal hole.
Continue to hold the cymbal level and press it down firmly on the nipple shaft until secure.
Enjoy playing and the clarity of sound with your Easy Cymbal Mount.

Removal
With one hand under the cymbal at the base of the ECM nipple, and your other hand holding the edge of the cymbal, wiggle and lift the cymbal up to the top of the nipple indentation.
Use the hand holding the edge of the cymbal to tilt the other side of the cymbal upward almost vertical, and push upward to pop one long edge of the nipple through the high side of the cymbal’s hole. The cymbal will easily slide off the other long edge of the nipple.
LEAVE your Easy Cymbal Mount ON the cymbal rod so it is ready for you the next time you play.
